Position Overview : Our beautiful 420 bed hospital in Lancaster CA is currently seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team, working between the inpatient & outpatient setting. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing rehabilitative programs aimed at improving patient quality of life. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with patients in a dynamic outpatient environment.

Physical Therapist Assistant - Inpatient

• Assist the Physical Therapist in assessing patients' conditions and needs.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions based on treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and response to treatments.
• Collaborate closely with the therapy team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and functional activities.
