Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Architect to design, implement, and maintain our organization's cyber security infrastructure. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of cyber security principles, technologies, and best practices, with a proven track record of architecting secure solutions for complex systems. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the security and integrity of our systems, data, and applications.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Cyber Security Architecture : Design and implement comprehensive cyber security architectures that align with business objectives and adhere to industry standards.
  • Risk Assessment : Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and address potential security threats.
  • Policy Development : Develop and maintain cyber security standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent security practices across the organization.
  • Collaboration with Development Teams : Work with development teams to promote secure coding practices and integrate security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Security Technology Implementation : Implement and manage security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS / IPS), and encryption solutions.
  • Security Testing : Conduct security testing and penetration testing to uncover vulnerabilities and ensure robustness.
  • Incident Response & Disaster Recovery : Develop and maintain incident response and disaster recovery plans to ensure rapid and effective responses to security incidents.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay informed about emerging threats and technologies, recommending and implementing security improvements.

Requirements :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.
  • Experience : Minimum of 8 years of experience in cyber security, with a strong focus on architecture and design.
  • Technical Expertise :

    • Deep understanding of cyber security principles, threat modeling, and risk management.

  • Hands-on experience with security technologies such as firewalls, IDS / IPS, and encryption solutions.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Skills :

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across departments.
  • Certifications : Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Cloud Security : Experience with cloud security and DevOps practices.
  • AI / Client Security : Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning security concerns.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR and HIPAA.
  • Automation Tools : Experience with security orchestration and automation tools.
