Nurse Practitioner – On-Site Employee Health (Mon–Fri, Day Shift) - Manchester, TN

Overview :

We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner for an 11-week onsite assignment at a distribution facility in Manchester, Tennessee. The contract runs December 4, 2025 to February 13, 2026.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. No nights or weekends.

No coverage is required on 12 / 9, 12 / 24–12 / 26, 12 / 29–12 / 31, or 1 / 12–1 / 16.

About the Role :

This NP position supports an onsite employee health clinic inside a large distribution center. We welcome NPs from occupational health, primary care, urgent care, or emergency care. DOT certification is preferred.

What You Will Do :

• Evaluate workplace injuries and illnesses
• Provide basic primary and urgent care services
• Perform DOT physicals (if certified)
• Support wellness and safety initiatives
• Document employee health visits and follow-up plans
• Work closely with operations and safety teams
