Job descriptionCreate a fun learning environment through play Facilitate learning through our literature-based curriculum with crafts, educational centers, and science Engage children in games and activities that are developmentally appropriate Follow a daily care and activity schedule Provide basic care and caregiving activities Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities Previous experience working with children Strong understanding of child development Patient, kind, and nurturing Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Standing and walking throughout the majority of the shift Lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. Stooping, crouching, and kneeling The ability to hear, understand and distinguish speech Visual acuity - near, far, and peripheral vision We are a locally owned business , started by a working mom to serve working parents.
