Client Services Manager (On-Site) Charlotte, NC

SPAR Group A Global Leader in Retail & Consumer Solutions

SPAR Group is seeking a Client Services Manager to join our on-site team in Chesapeake, VA. In this role, youll be the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, overseeing program delivery, building strong relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.

  • Periodic travel as needed
  • What Youll Do

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
  • Act as the day-to-day program lead for client accounts
  • Develop program instructions, training materials, and execution plans
  • Partner with Field Management to ensure objectives are met
  • Monitor project performance, identify improvements, and resolve issues
  • Provide regular client updates and post-program performance reports
  • Oversee client invoicing accuracy and timely submission
  • Coordinate shipments, mailings, and inventory with Distribution teams
  • What Youll Bring

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience (Bachelors preferred)
  • 15 years in project, client services, or retail management
  • 35 years in customer-facing roles with leadership experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRMs or client service platforms a plus
  • Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus
