Fire Alarm Service Technician Lead

Job Title : Fire Alarm Service Technician Lead Position Summary : We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Technician to join our team. This role involves traveling to customer sites to diagnose and repair fire alarm system issues. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to work independently and efficiently. Key Responsibilities : Diagnose and resolve fire alarm system issuesTroubleshoot and repair circuit faults, including ground faults and open circuitsReplace malfunctioning devices and panel componentsModify fire alarm programming as neededCommunicate findings and solutions to customersComplete detailed documentation for each service callCoordinate with the Service Manager to ensure timely and efficient serviceDeliver excellent customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels Qualifications : Minimum of 4 years of experience in fire alarm serviceFamiliarity with various fire alarm panels (Gamewell FCI, Firelite, Silent Knight preferred)Experience programming fire alarm panelsNICET Fire Alarm Systems certification preferredStrong interpersonal and time management skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00 / hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
