As a Staff SerDes AMS Design Engineer in the RFA Engineering Group, you'll play a critical role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will be deeply involved in various aspects of mixed-signal design, including working with data converters (ADC, DAC, TDC) and digitally controlled analog / RF circuits. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys taking ownership of projects and making a significant impact within a smaller, dynamic team.

This is a full-time position based in San Diego, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Design : Engage in schematic capture, IC layout, simulation, package / PCB analysis, and creation of design documentation.
• Design Verification : Conduct detailed performance and functional measurements, troubleshooting and debugging design issues.
• Product Characterization : Collaborate with Characterization and Test Engineers to define, perform, and analyze product performance characterization.
• Production ATE Development : Work with Test Engineers to define and develop Automated Test Equipment (ATE) solutions, and support ramping for production.
• Product Support : Partner with Applications, Product, Test, and Manufacturing Engineers to address customer inquiries, resolve field failures, and contribute to yield improvement efforts.

Compensation and Benefits :

At InnoPhase, our compensation package includes base pay and pre-IPO stock options. The base pay range for this role is up to $180K. Your base pay will depend on the market, interview results, skills, qualifications, experience, education, and location.
