Key Responsibilities

Schedule pharmacist consultations for members enrolled in clinical programs

Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy at all times

Document provider feedback and manage incoming fax queues

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

1+ years of remote work experience in a cross-functional team

Current pharmacy technician license in your state of residence

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Flexible availability between 8 : 00 AM-8 : 00 PM CST, Monday-Friday
