Coding Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Coding Staff Manager to join our team providing management including coordinating a successful onboarding experience, communicating best practices, defining expectations, and communicating project requirements. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with the team and foster engagement.
Responsibilities :
- Provide support, direction, and technical assistance to Coding staff.
- Manage the staffing needs for assigned clients through identifying needs and taking ownership with Staffing Teams to fill openings with the highest quality candidates efficiently.
- Monitor the productivity, quality, and utilization levels within the Coding team to ensure client satisfaction is achieved.
- Participate on the interview team and evaluate candidates and staff for openings and mentor staff providing guidance and opportunities for professional development.
- Manage and approve the scheduling requests of staff to ensure adequate coverage.
- Review and approve timesheets and ensure time and invoices are accurate.
- Provide mentoring and training to staff by sharing expertise related to project deliverables, client communication, project methodologies, analysis of data and trends, etc. all within a collaborative and supportive structure.
- Collaborate with the Client Success Teams to identify client needs and best practices to ensure UASI is providing the highest service levels.
- Collaborate with the CQR Team to ensure quality expectations are achieved and opportunities for development of staff are identified.
- Be a talent magnet and leverages professional network and demonstrate expertise through market facing activities including professional organizations, speaking, or serving as a UASI Ambassador.
- Comply with UASI's policies regarding the use and disclosure of protected health information which includes accessing and using protected health information only to the extent necessary to fulfill the above-mentioned responsibilities.
