Licensed Practical Nurse (Travel LPN)

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care and support to patients across various healthcare settings. The LPN will assist in patient assessments, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective care during travel assignments.

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Monitor, record, and report changes in patient condition and response to care.
• Assist with wound care, specimen collection, and other clinical procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Adapt quickly to new environments and follow facility-specific policies and procedures.
