The candidate must know how to operate an order picker, sit down, and dock stocker. Personnel can be sometimes 20% on a lift and 80% on the warehouse doing general labor work with RF scanners. Or might be days where he is all day on a lift. It will vary. Looking for someone that knows really basic warehouse inventory as well (example if they have done cycle counting in the past).
