Senior Process Specialist Business Analyst – Operational AI

As a Senior Process Specialist / Business Analyst Operational AI you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. You are a systems thinker who thrives on transforming complex business needs into clear actionable plans and youre not afraid to get technical. Youll serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders product managers architects and engineers to ensure that our operational systems and AI-driven solutions are designed for scalability efficiency and growth.

Youll play a critical role in documenting how our business runs today defining how it should run tomorrow and partnering across teams to make that future a reality.

What Youll Do

Process Analysis & Optimization

• Document as-is and to-be processes capturing decisions data requirements exception paths and dependencies.
• Identify inefficiencies design optimized workflows and define future-state processes that scale with the business.
• Maintain structured process documentation and centralized knowledge repositories.

Business Requirements & Systems Design

AI Enablement & Intelligent Workflows

Testing Validation & Change Management

Data-Driven Insight & Continuous Improvement
