A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. • Deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in assigned ICU areas
• Assess patients upon admission using appropriate interview techniques to obtain medical history and current status
• Monitor vital signs, review lab work, x-rays and other diagnostic tests
• Plan and implement written care plans under physician direction
• ICU experience required
• CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) experience required
• Balloon Pump experience required
• Required certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid New Hampshire RN license required
• 3 years previous nursing experience preferred
• Medical terminology knowledge required
• Holiday availability required
• Every other weekend schedule required
• Navy blue scrubs required
• May float to Progressive Care (3N) when needed
• Up to 16 hours of unpaid orientation
