A company is looking for a Patient Support Agent to provide compassionate support and assistance to patients in recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage an average of 75-100 inbound / outbound calls daily and respond to emails and online chat messages
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient accounts, including personal and insurance information
Resolve patient issues while adhering to quality assurance programs and performance goals
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in the healthcare field, preferably with a multi-site organization
3-5 years of experience with EMR systems
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
Bilingual English / Spanish is preferred
