The Role

AMD's Data Center Platform Engineering Group (DPEG) is designing, building and delivering innovative technology infrastructure enabling the digital world. We create cloud-enabling server solutions that help the world's leading companies turn their ideas into reality. Responsibilities

• Manage the break-fix work by supporting the technician team
• Ensure daily SLA goals are achieved
• Ensure all servers are being met with the highest of quality break fix standards
• Ensure team maintains accurate inventory levels
• Develop team members and continuously evaluate their performance
• Perform thorough cost management and waste control and building of personnel
• Assess operations and suggest opportunities for quality and performance improvements
• Engage in personnel performance management
• Assist the Service Manager with overall management as needed
