At American Medical Home Health & Hospice Services (AMHHS), we are committed to improving the quality of life for our patients through compassionate and professional care. We are currently hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising PT.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, mobility, and functional activities.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety strategies.
• Accurately document all visits and services in accordance with agency and regulatory guidelines.
