Job descriptionWork from home 1 day per week if center-based Four 10-hour day schedule option Most of our BCBAs end their day between 5-5 : 30pm No weekends required 25 paid days off in year 1; 30 in year 2 Transfer options within ABS Kids and the 20+ new centers opening this year Career growth opportunities tailored to your interests Strong, local leadership promoted from within and new, experienced BCBA managers lead our NC team BCBA leadership retreats and everyday collaboration Free in-house and online CEUs and CEU stipend Smaller, manageable caseloads, ranging from 8-10 clients per BA Administrative and clinical support Work in a supportive, close-knit community where your voice is valued, and your input drives positive change Share vision and goals with colleagues in a positive center workplace Community involvement including sensory friendly events, Special Olympics teams, run / walk sponsorships, and lots more A passion to help children with autism and their families live their best lives Integrity to always do whats right for the individual child and their family Ability to hold yourself to the highest standards of quality in everything you do The ability to be transparent, accessible, and as innovative as you can working as a Behavior Analyst Master's degree and BCBA certification or in the process of receiving certification; we hire new grads and experienced BCBAs Its in the wow moments that we find our purpose at ABS Kids. - $100,000+ / year, total compensation potential including base salary and uncapped monthly bonus plan
- $15,000 signing bonus plus up to $10,000 for relocation
