Mid-Level Automotive Technician

Location :  Briggs Automotive – Topeka, KS

Job Type :  Full-Time

Compensation : Competitive flat rate pay, based on experience

Overview :

Briggs Auto is seeking a dependable and motivated Mid-Level Automotive Technician  to join our growing service team. This position is ideal for someone with at least one year of hands-on experience who’s ready to build their skill-set in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities :

Perform maintenance and repair work including brakes, suspension, fluid services, and light engine work

Assist with diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems

Accurately complete repair orders in a timely manner

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Follow dealership and manufacturer procedures and safety standards

Participate in training opportunities to continue skill development

Qualifications :

At least 1 year of automotive repair experience

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Strong understanding of basic automotive systems

Able to work both independently and within a team

ASE certifications are a plus but not required
