I’m working with a client in the Minneapolis, MN area seeking an Sr.   Estimator / Project Manager experienced in earthwork and underground utilities . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the precision of estimating and the hands-on leadership of project management—someone ready to take ownership of bids, budgets, and field execution.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Preparing accurate cost estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for sitework and utility projects

Managing projects from pre-construction through closeout

Overseeing budgets, schedules, and change orders

Coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

Ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and performance standards

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and project partners

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years of experience in heavy civil, sitework, or utility construction estimating and project management

Proficiency with B2W estimating software

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and bids simultaneously

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

A proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset
