As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a renowned hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random security-related patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activities.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and staff while addressing security-related concerns.
  • Support emergency response activities as needed, coordinating with local authorities and / or management when appropriate.
  • Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal guidelines.
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout assigned areas to help to deter potential disruptions or unauthorized activities.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A Guard Card or license is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
