Location : Chambersburg, PA (hybrid flex)

Salary : $90k-135k + bonus + top tier benefits

Due to growth, we are currently seeking to add a new Audit Supervisor or Manager to our team! The Audit Manager for State and Local Government will oversee audit engagements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing high-quality service to our clients. This role is essential for maintaining our reputation for excellence in the audit field and ensuring that our clients meet their financial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise audit engagements for state and local government clients.
• Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and GASB standards.
• Lead the planning and execution of audit procedures, including risk assessments and internal controls evaluations.
• Review workpapers and audit files, providing feedback and guidance to audit staff.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients, fostering strong client relationships.
• Stay current with relevant regulations and best practices in state and local government auditing.
