This is an entry-level role with plenty of hands-on training, where you’ll get the chance to learn new skills, work alongside experienced teammates, and be part of a supportive environment that values teamwork and growth.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Help keep our facilities and grounds safe, clean, and running smoothly
  • Assist with general repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of buildings and outdoor areas
  • Gain exposure to multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and equipment operation
  • Support the facilities team with projects and everyday tasks
  • Pitch in with seasonal work like snow removal or groundskeeping
