Requirements
The Fundamentals :
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.Client-facing personality, confident in communicating with senior executives.Tech-savvy with the capability to master tools such as HubSpot, SEMRush, etc.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.Driven by results with the skill to analyze and enhance performance.Exhibit a sense of ownership and pride in personal growth and job performance.Direct Experience :
A minimum of 4 years in professional marketing.At least 2 years in a B2B marketing role.One or more years of experience in a marketing agency environment.Proven track record in managing accounts and client relationships, leading meetings, and acting as the primary contact for clients.Proficiency in HubSpot (preferred) or similar CRM software.Experience in creating and managing successful demand generation campaigns for B2B firms.Understanding of multi-channel lead generation through advertising, SEO, emails, webinars, etc.Ability to analyze campaign results and make data-driven optimizations for better conversions.Experience in overseeing project delivery from concept to launch while coordinating with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with Google's marketing suite products, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google My Business, and Tag Manager.Responsibilities
Client Management :
Oversee daily relationships with clients.Prepare weekly meeting agendas and present updates to clients.Manage the account coordinators and specialists involved in project management and client relations.Marketing Strategy and Execution :
Assist in shaping the overarching account strategy alongside the Account Director.Contribute to the formation of marketing strategy during the initial stages of client engagement.Develop multi-channel campaign calendars with guidance from the Account Director, including themes, targeting, offer structures, and distribution channels such as email, ads, content, and webinars.Work with a team of experts including designers, copywriters, and PPC specialists to execute top-notch campaigns.Serve as the final reviewer of all campaign materials to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.Create performance reports, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for better outcomes.Project Management :
Ensure timely delivery and implementation of campaigns.Monitor internal team assignments and follow up with task owners to ensure projects remain on schedule.Benefits
