Job descriptionDelivering direct patient care based on personalized care plans and physician orders. Monitoring patient behaviors, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments. Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses to report observations and implement care plans. Building meaningful relationships with patients, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery. Celebrating each patient's victories along their recovery journey. Current LPN / LVN licensure as required by state regulations. CPR certification. Preferred : One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting. Preferred : Previous rehabilitation experience.
