About the Position :

Allied Resources is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our client at Ellsworth Air Force Base, SD. This role provides the opportunity to lead a team of maintenance and grounds personnel, manage day-to-day property operations, and ensure quality service and property standards for residents. The Maintenance Manager will be a hands-on leader, balancing administrative responsibilities with active field oversight.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership and supervision for maintenance technicians, grounds, and work order personnel.
• Direct daily operations, including preventive maintenance programs, emergency service requests, and scheduled work orders.
• Oversee and perform general maintenance duties, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall, painting, roofing, fencing, glass, locksmith work, and flooring repair or replacement.
• Train and develop maintenance staff in safety procedures, lockout / tagout, PPE, and other applicable workplace regulations.
