BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Licensed Nurses Aide, LNA for a Full time opportunity to complete hospice visits to clients located throughout Windsor, Orange and Caledonia counties in VT and Grafton County, NH. . As a Hospice LNA, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health aide, nursing and palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the care required to remain at home.

Offering flexible schedules, 1 : 1 patient ratio, Full time benefits, Weekly pay.

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation :

$20-$23 per hour
