Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer, Knowledge Management.

Key Responsibilities

Develops strategic compliance training programs for the Global Quality and Regulatory Affairs organization

Supports company-wide training programs and projects to enhance learning technology

Analyzes training performance metrics to assess the Knowledge Management system and identify training priorities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent

8+ years' experience in instructional design

5+ years' experience in designing various training content formats

3+ years' experience in developing eLearning content using authoring tools

Experience in a pharmaceutical or medical device organization is helpful
