We are seeking an IT Director to serve as the strategic and operational leader for Thrive’s information systems environment, driving data connectivity, automation, and security across a multi-state, acquisition-driven healthcare organization. This role combines hands‑on technical work in data aggregation and SQL automation with leadership responsibilities overseeing IT infrastructure, reporting, and system integration. The IT Director will guide technology strategy, ensure HIPAA and IT security compliance, and build scalable, automated data solutions that power business intelligence and revenue cycle performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify optimal methods to extract and automate data feeds into the Thrive data lake and Power BI environment, primarily via SQL databases or APIs.
- Develop creative, repeatable solutions to normalize disparate data structures across partner systems.
- Ensure ongoing data accuracy and integrity across all integrated sources.
- Lead technical due diligence for new acquisitions by assessing EMR, PMS, and ancillary systems.
