This role supports US Commercial Learning & Development to design and implement digital learning solutions for the sales force. Responsibilities include leading and implementing learning technology projects from start to finish, overseeing validation and documentation, and delivering training on platforms like Salesforce or similar CRM systems. The position simplifies complex topics into user-friendly digital resources for effective onboarding and ongoing development, including the creation or management of basic multimedia training materials & virtual training solutions.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
College degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of Field Sales, Patient Services, Systems Training, BTS or Multi-Media, Advertising, or media agency experience is preferred
Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Team player capable of effective cross-functional collaboration
Proficiency with instructional design methodologies and digital tools (Adobe Creative Suite, streaming platforms, ZOOM, Office 365 & Teams) or demonstrates the ability to learn digital publishing software
Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Marketing, Business or Communications
3-5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
Portfolio review and demonstration of systems training proficiency may be part of the interview process

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
