Project Manager- Laredo, TX

KOMAN Construction LLC, has an opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager to support our O&M contract in Laredo, TX. This position requires the incumbent to work on-site, in office and in the field for site inspections, job walks, client meetings, etc.

What does the position do?

What will top candidates bring to the table?

• Must be able to work on-site, full-time per contract requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field in strongly preferred.
• 5-10 years of construction project management is required.
• OSHA 30, First Aid / CPR / AED, and ASHE HCC certification.
• Understands private client and/or government documentation requirements.
• Strong technical skills and computer skills are necessary to be successful in this role.
• Ability to pass a background check for working on government projects.
