Job Title : Equipment Service Technician

Description

Reeder Distributors Inc. is looking for a skilled Equipment Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll ensure the smooth operation of our equipment by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and conducting repairs. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. We value initiative, safety, and adherence to industry standards, and offer a supportive environment where your contributions make a direct impact.

If you have experience repairing shop equipment such as lifts, air compressors, reels, and oil dispensing systems, or possess a background in electrical work or maintenance, we encourage you to apply. Even if you don't have direct experience, a strong mechanical aptitude is highly valued, and we are happy to provide training.

Responsibilities

• Perform service / maintenance on various types of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Repair and replace defective parts, components, and systems as needed.

Requirements

Candidates must pass a drug screen, background check, and physical prior to hiring.
