Key Responsibilities
Lead all phases of project delivery from preconstruction planning through punch list and closeout
Develop and manage project budgets , forecasts, schedules, and cost control measures
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure project alignment and clear communication
Prepare, track, and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project-related documentation
Conduct site visits , monitor field progress, and proactively identify issues or conflicts
Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure construction accuracy and minimize risk
Facilitate project meetings, progress reports, schedule updates, and project planning sessions
Promote and ensure adherence to company safety protocols and quality standards
Support and mentor Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and interns , contributing to team development
Represent the company professionally, maintaining strong relationships with clients and project partners
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
Experience managing ground-up, renovation, or tenant improvement projects
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management , Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred (experience may be considered in place of degree)
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office , and scheduling software
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build trust and align teams
Demonstrated success in delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
Ability to think proactively, resolve issues, and maintain a calm, solutions-oriented approach
