Job Title : : IT Support Technician - I

Responsibilities
- Provide support to end users on a variety of issues, identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems.
- Respond to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support. Track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
- Possess knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT field.
- Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions, working under immediate supervision.
- Typically report to a supervisor or manager. Possess working knowledge of PC and mobile hardware architecture to assemble and update systems.
- Have working knowledge of Client Windows operating systems, with an emphasis on Windows XP, to install, update, and troubleshoot the OS.
- Preferred experience with hardware and software testing / validation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Ability to work directly for the company on W2.Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.Experience with Windows operating systems.Experience with hardware configuration and troubleshooting.Ability to troubleshoot software application issues.Preferred Skills & Qualifications
