Lead, hire, train, and supervise a team of Clinicians, Program Supervisors, and Direct Care Workers Oversee admissions, treatment planning, case management, and discharge planning Foster a positive work culture through coaching, training, and staff development Collaborate with families, outside agencies, and professionals (DCF, hospitals, consultants, physicians) Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with Medicaid and regulatory requirements Drive Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives and promote trauma-sensitive, culturally competent care Play a key leadership role as part of the Management Team, shaping agency treatment philosophy Clinical License (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) – Required 5+ years of post-graduate clinical experience working with children / adolescents Strong knowledge of programming for youth with developmental, psychiatric, and behavioral challenges Proven ability to implement trauma-informed treatment approaches Leadership skills in supervision, team building, and conflict resolution Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office, electronic health records, and scheduling platforms Participation in mandatory trainings (CPR, fire safety, boundary training, etc.) On-call responsibility for program emergencies Commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and creating a safe, therapeutic environment for youth and staff Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform light to moderate lifting as needed ????
