Korea Payroll Business Analyst

A company is looking for a South Korea GV Payroll / Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide functional expertise for the South Korea payroll stream of a GlobalView implementation

Participate in requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and validation of payroll processes and configuration

Collaborate with client and vendor teams to ensure compliance with Korea-specific payroll and statutory requirements

Required Qualifications :

Proven experience supporting ADP GlobalView implementation projects

Strong understanding of Korea payroll processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance

Experience with payroll testing, data validation, and process documentation

Fluency in English; Korean language skills a must
