A Fairbanks apartment community is hiring full time Building / Property Maintenance Technician.

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the overall maintenance of the apartment complex and all areas related to the daytoday maintenance operations of the community.

Applicants should have knowledge and use of basic hand and power tools. Some experience in construction labor or building maintenance experience is preferred. Willing to train the right person.

Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees

Essential duties include but are not limited to :

• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting
• Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors / cabinets, walls and building exteriors
• Cleaning out apartments
• Prepare units for new moveins
• Complete groundwork such as : grounds pick up, sweeping, snow removal as needed and light landscaping

Full time hours .Wages start at $17-$18 / HR DOE, Monday -Friday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm
