Key Responsibilities

• Sell personal lines products (Home, Auto, Flood, Umbrella, Liability)
• Quote and close business through multiple carriers to find the best fit for each client
• Work warm referrals and inbound leads
• Follow up with prospects and build lasting client relationships
• Consistently surpass sales targets for new business quotes
• Deliver a friendly, professional experience that earns trust and loyalty.

What We’re Looking For

• Florida 20-44 (or 2-20) license – required
• 1–2+ years of personal lines insurance experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong analytical skills to understand coverage details and underwriting guidelines, enabling informed decision-making.
• Coachable, driven, and reliable
