Salary : $70,000 - $175,000 per year

A leading manufacturer and distributor of high-performance automotive specialty products is expanding its national sales team and looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth across new and established markets in the Southeast region. You MUST reside in the Southeast to be considered for this role.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven B2B sales professional with experience in the petroleum, trucking, or industrial supply sectors who thrives on building relationships, closing new business, and helping customers succeed.

Job Details

Core Responsibilities :

  • Target and win new business across untapped markets, channels, and product categories within an assigned territory.
  • Partner closely with business development and maintain open, ongoing communication to support new opportunities.
  • Present and communicate value propositions for Lucas Oil products and collaborate internally to deliver solutions for prospects and customers.
  • Retain and grow customer relationships, driving continuous revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the national sales team to share best practices, identify new opportunities, and support colleagues as needed.
  • Stay current on industry trends and market developments.
  • Follow all revenue operations and internal processes to ensure alignment, efficiency, and smooth cross-department communication.
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • 5–8 years of outside B2B sales experience, ideally within lubricants, petroleum, or related trucking / industrial products.
  • A strong closer with a hunter mentality — comfortable with cold outreach and high-energy deal-making.
  • Consultative selling experience across multiple decision makers and product categories.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A growth-oriented mindset with persistence, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Willingness to travel within the Southeast region.
