We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration / implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state / local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.

Must work on our W2

This position is onsite in either Chattanooga or Knoxville - Tennessee.  Willing to consider Hybrid for the right candidate.

Candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card holders.

Primary Skill Required for the Role : SAP HR

Level Required for Primary Skill : Intermediate (Advanced (6-9 years' experience)

Description :

The services You will provide the client project team : As an SAP Architect Contractor, you will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP solutions to meet business needs and align with architectural standards. Designing and implementing SAP solutions, including SAP S / 4HANA, to meet business requirements. Defining interaction requirements for components, subsystems, and interfaces within the SAP ecosystem. Providing strategic direction and guidance on SAP development and production fixes. Ensuring alignment of business and technology requirements with enterprise design. Collaborating with stakeholders to define vision, requirements, and ensure successful project delivery.

Additional Details for Role :

• 7-8 years of experience in SAP HR (SuccessFactors or ECC HCM, Mini Master in S4 HANA) and SAP Concur, supporting the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Configure and integrate organizational structures, position management, job requisition processes, and employee self-service features within SAP HR modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective travel and expense workflows in SAP Concur, ensuring alignment with finance and HR controls.
• Support ongoing administration : manage user roles, data synchronization, and master data activities across HR and Concur platforms.
• Conduct workshops and training for end-users and stakeholders across both HR and expense management processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, manage escalations, and perform regression testing during upgrades or system enhancements.
• Collaborate across IT, HR, and finance to ensure seamless integrations, data consistency, and process compliance.
• Document configurations, business processes, and test cases for audit and continuous improvement purposes.
• Support ongoing operations, troubleshoot issues, and resolve support tickets related to the SAP HR + Concur module

Pay rate : $52-57.77 / hr depending on experience
