Join our team at YES Contractors as a Sales Representative , where your enthusiasm and client-focused approach will help grow our business. In this role, you will connect with potential clients, present our services, and help homeowners and businesses bring their projects to life in Wall, NJ, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities :
Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person visits.Present and explain our services clearly and persuasively.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Prepare quotes and proposals that meet client needs and company standards.Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure smooth project execution.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.Track sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.Requirements :
Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, home improvement, or related industries.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.Comfortable presenting to clients and handling objections professionally.Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software.High school diploma required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions.About Us :
