Job Description :

At Regions the Contact Center Priority Banker provides full-service banking to affluent clientsthrough appropriate advice guidance and education on Regions financial products and services.

Primary Responsibilities

• Achieves Contact Center targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate advice guidance and education on Regions financial products and services
• Achieves required levels of inbound / outbound phone calls from the top 10% of Regions customer base
• Educates and advises customers on products and services including all loan and deposit types
• Takes ownership of customer issues and works proactively with the customer for resolution
• Refers customers to an internal team of experts when complex financial goals and needs are recognized
• Completes work with a limited degree of supervision

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtimefor hours worked in excess of 40 per week under theFair Labor Standards Act.

This position is incentive eligible.

This position requires registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS). Please refer to for more information.

Strongly preferred

One (1) year of banking experience

Class date : December 1 2025

5 week- Training Work Schedule : Onsite

(Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm)

Work Schedule following training : Onsite

4 days Monday-Friday 10am-7pm CST (off days Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday)

AND

Saturday or Sunday 8am-5pm CST- Work from home

Off days will be assigned based on business needs

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include : experience skills knowledge contribution job location and most importantly performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Job Range Target : Minimum :

$41600.00 USD

Median : $46970.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans :

This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Employees have the potential to earn incentives based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
