Job descriptionWeekends and Holidays : $28.33 / hour or $680 for 24 hours (7 AM - 7 AM) Call Back : $105.77 / hour CME Funds : $3,500 for licensure, DEA, medical staff dues, professional memberships, and conference-related expenses Commencement Bonus : $25,000 (paid on the first pay date post-hire, within up to 17 days) Projected Total Compensation : $228,445 Work Schedule : Rotating 2 weeks on, 1 week off Weekdays : Generally, 7 : 30 AM to 3 : 30 PM, but may vary based on caseload Weekends and Holidays : On-call only Post-Call : Typically, workdays following an overnight on-call; if the night was busy, the CRNA is the first to be dismissed based on caseload and staffing needs Total Work Weeks : 34 to 35 weeks per year Unscheduled Weeks : 17 to 18 weeks per year (for personal time, vacation, CME, and holidays) 3-Week Cycle : Week 2 : Wednesday and Thursday Week 3 : Off Response Time : Must be able to respond in person to the hospital within 30 minutes Holiday Coverage : Assigned equitably and in rotation, usually coinciding with regular on-duty weeks Prior independent practice experience preferred Proficiency in ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia Comfortable managing anesthesia for obstetrics, adult, and pediatric patients Prefer at least 3 years of prior experience; new graduates generally not considered due to the independent nature of the anesthesia program Join a hospital-based team of independent practice CRNAs Provide and manage general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, and monitored anesthesia care independently Offer acute pain services, including ultrasound-guided nerve blocks and epidural catheter management Provide anesthesia services for specialties such as : Ear, Nose & Throat Gastroenterology General Surgery Orthopedics Obstetrics and Gynecology Pain Management Podiatry Pulmonology Urology Meditech Expanse iProcedure Anesthesia EMR Mindray Anesthesia Machines Sonosite Edge II Relocation Assistance : $10,000 - $20,000 (varies by distance and family size; taxable) Housing Stipend : Potentially available (negotiable; taxable) Education Loan Reimbursement : Potentially available (negotiable; taxable) Retirement Plans : 457(b) and 403(b) available Professional Liability Coverage : $1 million / $3 million with tail coverage Insurance : Dental Vision Short- and long-term disability
