Delivery Driver
Job duties include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and completing associated paperwork. Training is provided on the job. Communication skills are essential, including the ability to comprehend and give written instructions and to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers. Essential functions / skills include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately, make correct monetary change, and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Work conditions include exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 to over 90 degrees, and potential exposure to fumes, dust, and sharp edges. Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping / bending, crouching / squatting, reaching, and hand tasks. Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle are required. Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses are essential. Physical demands during delivery include carrying pizzas, sides, and beverages while performing walking and climbing duties, driving within a designated delivery area, and navigating adverse terrain. Work conditions during delivery include exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather and the need for far and night vision for driving.
