The Position : We are looking for a Director of Mental Health, who is willing to embrace McKinley's mission and H.U.M.A.N values. The Director of Mental Health is responsible for overseeing the Mental Health Department, and ensuring the treatment philosophy is adhered to and implemented. Ensure that the department is in full regulatory compliance and that best clinical practices are utilized.

Compensation and Benefits : The pay range we're offering is $95,000- $125,000 annually depending on experience. Our people are the heart of our organization, which is why we offer robust benefits to support your health and wellness as well as your personal and financial well-being.
