Cordova is looking for a high-impact Client Partner to be our boots-on-the-ground strategist in Central Iowa. This isn't a "sales" job. This is a seat at the table with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Founders who are reinventing global industries from right here in the 503 zip code.

As a Client Partner, you aren't just selling staffing; you are architecting growth. You will be the face of Cordova in the Des Moines market, connecting our world-class nearshore development teams and elite tech talent with the companies that are currently redefining the Iowa economy.
From the high-rises of Downtown to the tech corridors of West Des Moines and Ankeny, you will:
Consult, Don’t Just Sell: Partner with leaders at firms like Principal, Dwolla, and the innovators inside the Global Insurance Accelerator (GIA) to solve their most complex scaling challenges.
Own the Relationship: You are the long-term strategic ally for our clients. You’ll navigate the nuances of the Des Moines tech ecosystem, building a book of business that values quality over quantity.
Drive Regional Impact: Help local companies leverage AI, Blockchain, and Cloud-native technologies by providing the precise human capital they need to beat the competition.
