Job Responsibilities and Duties :
Manage on-site interviews and successful onboarding experience
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, labor laws and OSHA
Implement staffing plans for proper coverage across departments
Administer benefits, payroll, and employee engagement programs
Handle performance management and professional development
Facilitate safety meetings, workers compensation and safety programs
Requirements :
Licensure / Certification :
PHR / SPHR certification preferred
Experience :
Manage on-site interviews and successful onboarding experience
3-5 years HR experience, healthcare setting preferred
Education :
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
