Job Title : Glue Robot Technician

Shifts Available : 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) or 3rd shift (11pm-7am) with potential OT on Friday night or Saturday afternoon if production targets are not met

Number of Openings : 3

Pay : $26-28 / hr

Location : Greer, SC 29651

Status of Hire : full-time, direct hire

Industry : automotive manufacturing

Job Description

• Required to independently troubleshoot 6-axis Kuka adhesive application robots
• Required to troubleshoot, rehome, and reset robot cells as well as repair secondary equipment and troubleshoot new / in production equipment
• Repair / replace end of arm tooling on glue robots (tips, grippers, nozzles, spray heads)
• Operate overhead crane in a safe manner
• Work closely with Maintenance Team during installs, equipment troubleshooting, and maintenance / cleaning / lubrication of robots and secondary equipment
• Recommend and participate in Continuous Improvement activities
• Always promote atmosphere of teamwork
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
