• Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Masters preferred
• National certification as an Occupational Therapist required
• Experience with hand therapy preferred, but not required
• Spanish language a plus
• CPR certified
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to perform as a team me
• Caseload : 60-70% outpatient, 30-40% inpatient, swing bed, and home health
