Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries

• Provide support for reservations, confirmations, updates, and itinerary details

• Research and verify booking options using approved systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic booking or service-related issues

• Escalate complex concerns to appropriate team members when necessary

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Deliver professional and timely customer service

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
