Have experience in managing a restaurant. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Good work ethic and an ability to multitask. Pay close attention to cleanliness and familiar with food safety procedures. Open availability to work rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends. Extensive knowledge of POS systems. Have a food manager's certificate or ability to obtain one and have experience managing a team.
